Riding with children

Cycle skills with Masterton Primary SchoolResearch has shown the benefits for children who cycle are far ranging from greater cardiovascular fitness to increased independence and ability to assess risk. Off-road trails are a great place to ride as a family while gaining confidence for riding on the road.
